Terms of sale and use

These terms of sale and use ("Terms") apply to everything you use or buy on moon.bytassh.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Studio Merlin, Simončičeva 2, 8210 Trebnje, Slovenia ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying anything on it, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Entertainment only

The Site shows Moon phases for dates you enter and a compatibility reading based on Western astrology, Chinese year signs, numerology and Moon phases. All readings, scores, percentages, forecasts and advice are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not scientific, factual, psychological, medical, legal, financial or relationship advice, and they do not predict the future. Do not rely on them to make any decision. You alone are responsible for any decision you make and its consequences.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy anything on the Site.

3. Your input and other people's data

Readings are calculated automatically from the dates, names and choices you enter. You are solely responsible for entering correct information. We are not responsible for readings, images or purchases based on wrong, incomplete or mistyped information, and such mistakes are not a reason for a refund. If you enter details about another person, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and that you will use the result respectfully. Do not enter sensitive information.

4. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros on the checkout page before you pay and are final prices. If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

5. Payment and one-tap extras

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. When you pay, Stripe saves your payment method so you can add an optional extra right after checkout with one tap. An extra is charged only when you tap to accept it, and its price is shown on the button first. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment.

6. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered immediately after payment: the Site unlocks your content and gives you a personal link, and Stripe emails a receipt with that link. Keep your link safe. Anyone who has it can open your content, and we are not responsible for links you share or lose.

7. No right of withdrawal, no refunds

At checkout you expressly ask for the digital content to be delivered immediately and you confirm that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, wrong dates or names entered, dissatisfaction with a reading, or unused credits. This does not affect rights that mandatory law gives you if paid content is not delivered at all or does not work as described. See the Refunds page.

8. No guarantees

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that readings are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, or that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. Moon phases are calculated with approximate astronomical formulas and may differ slightly from other sources. We may change, update or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profit, emotional distress, or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any reading, technical errors, interruptions, or the actions of payment providers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

10. Your responsibility

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to bypass payment, copy or resell content, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for damage caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Intellectual property

All texts, designs, code and images on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may keep, print and share your own chart and images for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks for content that was delivered may lead to your access being disabled.

13. Changes and validity

We may update these Terms at any time. The version shown when you made a purchase applies to that purchase. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
