Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products.
Everything sold on moon.bytassh.com is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you tick a box confirming that you want immediate delivery and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Your Stripe receipt confirms the purchase.
No refunds for
- change of mind or dissatisfaction with a reading
- wrong, incomplete or mistyped dates, names or choices
- unused chart credits or one-tap extras you accepted
- losing or sharing your personal link
When the law requires otherwise
If paid content was not delivered at all, or you were charged more than once for the same order by a technical error, contact us with your receipt and we will deliver the content or correct the charge, as required by law.
