Privacy policy

This policy explains how moon.bytassh.com handles personal data. The controller is Studio Merlin, Simončičeva 2, 8210 Trebnje, Slovenia.
1. Free use
The dates, optional names and woman/man choice you enter are sent to our server only to calculate your reading and are not saved in a database. They also appear in your personal link (after the #), which stays in your browser. You are responsible for any information you enter about other people.
2. Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.
For each order we store: the dates, optional names and woman/man choice, items bought, amount, your email address, Stripe's reference numbers for your customer record and saved payment method (used only for the optional one-tap extra right after checkout), your receipt link and any chart codes.
Legal bases: performance of the contract and legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Order records are kept as long as needed to provide access and as required by law, then deleted.
3. On your device
Your browser's local storage keeps your access codes, chart code and sound setting so you do not need an account. This is not used for tracking and you can clear it in your browser settings. Stripe's checkout may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention.
4. Providers
The Site is hosted on a server rented from Hostinger in the European Union. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server. We do not sell your data.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, subject to legal retention duties. You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, ip-rs.si).
